Plastic Extrusions and Vacuum Forming
At Amber we have the technical skill and expertise to produce upto 5 layer co-extruded sheets using a range of plastic material. We regularly extrude ABS, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE, PP Recycling and Press Sheets for our clients for a wide variety of applications. Our plant has the capacity to produce 35 metric tons of plastic sheets per day. Two Plastic Extruders and Two KOMI Vacuum Forming Machine have been installed towards this end. As with everything else there is strict quality monitoring of production and we take care to see the extruded sheets meet the specifications and the exacting standards of our clients.

Minimum Thickness- 0.35 mm
Maximum Thickness- 8 mm
Width Range-300 mm-1600 mm
Tolerances-+/-3%

We can provide extruded sheets in both Roll form (I.D and O.D as per customer requirement) and Cut Lengths (Customized to requirement).
